Shuffle needs to review your business's financial history before it makes an investment.
We will look at information on your
sales volume

revenues

gross margins
and
net income.
At this stage we only require 12 months of sales volume and revenue, and annual figures for gross margin and net income.
We've created an easy
Google Sheets
to provide this data. If you wish, you can also export data from your
accounting software.
We will aim to review this data within 1 week of submission. If we decide to invest in your business, we will issue you a term sheet before completing final due diligence.
